A People Person Prospers

During my Journey in Self-Employment, I have noticed something…. People hire people they like.
I have been witness to this many of times, on both business, and personal ends.

Not too long ago, I seen an amateur come to work. Although a novice, he lit up the room with his camera, and his presence. I’ve also seen a seasoned professional come and deliver a good product. His demeanor, however, didn’t fit the atmosphere. Although the Pro is good at his job, it takes more than just doing your job when your working for a client. Yes, your hired by one person, but your catering to many.

When you give that extra smile or laugh to a guest it leaves an imprint. Then when those guests have an event, they will look for the one that made the experience memorable. They will also recommend your services to others.
